Achal is a product leader with 15+ years of experience building products that operate at the absolute frontiers of scale and efficiency across Meta, TikTok, eBay, and Mu Sigma.
Despite working alongside some of the most brilliant engineers, designers, and operators in the industry, he repeatedly witnessed a systemic failure: the gap between a professional's actual capability and how they present themselves in interviews. As layoffs accelerate across the technology and finance sectors, millions face the stress of re-entering the job market—often without access to structured guidance. For many, this translation gap is the single biggest barrier to landing their next role.
The insight behind Syntha Labs came from this realization. SignalPrep is being built to act as a persistent career partner—democratizing access to the kind of personalized, structured coaching that is typically priced out of reach, and ensuring that true talent is recognized and rewarded.
